Job Description :
- Achieve Sales and collection as per the management guidance.
- Work very closely with the team for ensuring individual and team targets are met
- Together with the sales teams follow the company strategy and vision.
- Effectively appoint, guide, direct and control the team and its activities.
- Developing team members to the next upper level.
- Conducting timely reviews with team members sales and marketing activities.
- Responsible for hiring, training, designing and redesigning of KRAs in the existing and changing business environment.
- Carrying out timely performance evaluation and reviews of the team members.
