Regional Lead - Enterprise Sales - Home Appliance/Electronics (10-15 yrs)
Job Purpose:
- Regional Lead will take the lead in managing enterprise sales across locations for digital product categories primarily laptop and printer.
- Increase sales by achieving targets, anticipating future trend, building category, establishing strong relationship with customers. Planning sales & Promotional activities and providing account management services to existing customers
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for Enterprise Sales generation.
- Forecast sales funnel of the key accounts
- Sourcing leads and following up on them for conversion
- Conducting market research to understand customer demands in and initiate planning as per seasonal demands
- Planning and execution of promotional activities to increase sales revenue
- Liasoning with finance team and other departments as and when required
- Providing account management services to customers
- Anticipating future trends and building category/catalog strategies accordingly
- Handling sales budgets effectively
Desired candidate profile :
- Experience in Enterprise sales, Managing channel distributors/ partners.
- 8-10 years of experience
- Should have Start-up mentality and ability to thrive in a fast-paced learning environment.
- Effective communication, positive approach, constructive and willing to learn
- Aggressive target achievement approach.
- Prefer product handling experience in Home Appliance, Electronics, Laptops, mobile
