- Candidates from AMC managing the IFA channel are preferred.
- Training / Mentoring will be a key responsibility. Doing meetings with RMs to close business on investments.
- Commuting to various branches in respective locations.
Few pointers on RIM :
- Training RMs in branches.
- Driving MF sales.
- Additional responsibility of meeting customers wherever required.
- Relationship management with product providers - MFs.
- Supporting bank staff for AMFI certifications.
