Regional Head - WLA Sales & Site Acquisition (10-15 yrs)

PURPOSE OF JOB

To handle the allocated Region for WLA Sales & Site Acquisition as per Company's AOP plan and to create the Company's ATM Brand awareness in the assigned market and promote Company's products.

REPORTS TO: Zonal Heads

DIRECT REPORTEES: 05 - 20

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

1. Master Franchisee Management OR Vendor On boarding:

- Identify potential Master Franchisees and establish partnerships.

- Responsible to assist new Master Franchisee onboarding by providing training, seminars and orientations on products and services.

- Ensure that acquired sites meet the company's legal requirements and coordinate their handover to the project team for ATM deployment.

- Provide training and support to Master Franchisees on ATM operations, security protocols and Customer Service standards.

- Monitor Master Franchisee performance, handles concerns and provides resolution between Master Franchisee, and Internal stake holders.

- Assist and communicate frequently with all existing Master Franchisees, ensuring queries / requests are responded appropriately and timely.

- Ensure to maintain healthy relationship with all existing Master Franchisees.

- Customer centric approach to deal, maintain healthy relations with Customers.

2. Compliance and Regulatory Requirements:

- Stay up to date with relevant regulations and ensure compliance with legal and regulatory guidelines.

- Conduct periodic audits to assess compliance with industry standards and internal policies.

- Ensuring documentations and compliance of company rules and regulations at all the times

3. ATM Performance and Maintenance:

- Monitor ATM performance metrics, including uptime, transaction success rates.

- Coordinate with service providers and vendors for ATM maintenance & repairs.

- Analyze performance data to identify areas for improvement and implement strategies to optimize ATM performance.

- Develop strategies to enhance transactions and profitability for low-revenue sites.

- Monitor and maintain high site uptime by conducting regular checks and audits.

- Collaborate with Helpdesk, Business team and Service providers to promptly resolve any issues impacting site uptime and revenue.

- Conduct periodic site audits to assess low performance of sites.

- Sign off on site quality prior to launch and ensure adherence to brand guidelines.

- Address and resolve local issues affecting site uptime and performance.

4. Revenue Growth:

- Have adequate Sales funnel to meet monthly AOP plans for Drivers and Revenue.

- Develop and implement marketing and promotional strategies to attract customers to franchisee ATMs.

- Execute marketing plans effectively to maximize transaction revenue for each site.

- Analyze transaction data and customer behavior to identify opportunities for revenue growth.

- Negotiate favorable terms with financial institutions for ATM transactions and revenue-sharing arrangements.

- Ensure that every deployed site achieves break-even within the recommended time frame.

- Conduct regular review with Team to assess their performance.

5. Reporting and Analysis:

- Prepare regular reports on ATM performance, transaction volumes, revenue, Non Transacting ATM analysis and other KPIs.

- Conduct data analysis to identify trends, patterns and opportunities for operational and strategic improvements.

- Provide insight to management and recommendations based on data analysis and industry trends.

- Publish Daily / Weekly / Fortnightly / Monthly management reports and review with Corporate Team.

6. Team Management:

- Ensuring Team management and administration

- Team training for products, Services and processes.

- Team motivation and keeping attrition under control

QUALIFICATION/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/EXPERIENCE

- MBA in Sales & Marketing with minimum 15 years of experience in Sales/Marketing. OR Bachelor's degree (M.com / MBA / higher degree will be given preference) with minimum 10 years of experience in similar industry.

- Prior experience in the financial services industry, specifically managing ATMs or retail banking operations.

- Knowledge of site evaluation criteria, legal requirements and compliance standards for ATM deployment.

- Can work independently and lead a Team of 0-20 members

- Good in People Management

- Excellent project management skills with the ability to prioritize and meet deadlines.

- Excellent communication and negotiation skills to build relationships with site owners, stakeholders and project team.

- Proven ability to manage multiple priorities, meet deadlines and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to resolve operational issues efficiently.

- Well versed with MS Office

- 6 Days Working

- Preference will be given to Local candidate with knowledge of Local languages
