Job Description

1) Main area of focus will be to generate new leads with the aim of creating more sales and get the sales done. Handling a team of 4 Wealth Planning Managers

2) Responsibility of maximising the performance & keeping the values of the organisation intact

3) Business Development involves scheduling appointments, preparing and delivering presentation to the client. Regular follow-ups with the prospect clients

4) Maintaining customer relationships and ensuring customer loyalty through excellent customer service. Take initiatives & Think out of the box to achieve targets and help team to achieve their monthly targets.

Selection Criteria

1) Presentation skills are essential in the role of Business Developer.

2) Business Developers need a strong track record of B to B sales.

3) A Business Developer will need to have strong research and strategic analysis skills.

4) Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written and be able to cold call potential clients with confidence are key for a successful Business developer.

5) Business Developers need to be skilled at agreeing and closing deals with clients.

6) Excellent organisational skills are essential as well as performance monitoring will be a requirement. Hands on with PPT / Excel & Ms Word

7) Required qualification: Graduate+3 years experience required in concept selling(Field sales)

8) Experience in Travel,Insurance,concept selling, Councelling in Education are preferred

9) Earning potential is upto 80k/Month. Quatery Bonus is 90 K/Quarter(3 conversions required in a quarter+24 convertions from the team) -1st conversion in the first month and 1 conversion required in following months and addition to this there is an Annual bounus of INR 240,000- Achievement in every quarter is must to get INR 240,000 as an anuual bonus
