Position vacant : Regional Head
Location : Mumbai ( Borivali and Andheri )
CTC : Upto 35 Lakhs
Qualifications : MBA, CA, CFA, NISM V-A
Experience : Min 10 years
Core Responsibilities :
1) Responsible for his team to acquire, manage and advise HNI Clients in all asset classes like Debt, Alternate Assets, Equity, Mutual Funds, PMS, PE, Bonds, Structured Products and Broking
2) Developing new product ideas to improve revenue generation
3) Generate leads and develop prospects, network to identify referrals to new clients
4) Understand investment/financial needs, risk appetite of the client to create and manage a long term Asset Allocation plan
5) Identify and execute on new business opportunities with existing clients
6) Handle the clients investment portfolio, providing financial research, accurate information and tailor made financial solutions
7) Motivating team to achieve defined targets and retention of current manpower
8) Initial Handholding to RMs, and Joint calls on High Value prospects/converted clients
9) Generating yearly AUC of 20 crores
10) Self Target - Generating minimum of 1x revenue per month
Skills & Experience :
1) Understanding in Equities MF, tax planning, financial planning, profiling, fixed income
2) Should be relationship oriented with good inter-personal and people skills
3) Impactful communication skills to effectively engage affluent consumers
4) Exceptional track record of managing portfolio of HNI Clients
The person in this role will be front face of the organization being responsible for contributing to the top-line by developing advisory relationships by proactively acquiring HNI clients and providing them with integrated financial services
