- Client Acquisition for Tech Recruitment & Staffing
- New Business Dev to promote SAP Consulting/Staffing & Tech Staffing, IT & Leadership Hiring across Mid-size enterprises within the region
- Social Media based marketing using Linkedin etc
- Market Research to map clients from diff. industry vertical
- Connect with Top management to fix meetings - HR Head/IT HEAD/CEO/Directors
- On-boarding clients & managing the service delivery
Candidate's Profile :
- Entrepreneurship spirit, Self Starter, Positive Outlook, Go getter with JUST DO IT Approach.
- Highly Optimistic with understanding of target market & prospects to tap
- Expertise in connecting at decision making level to close the deals
- Visionary with analytical approach
- Leadership skills with Receptiveness & Listening
- Min 5+ years exp in Inside sales
- Maturity, Entrepreneurship, patience, trust & determination
- Strong communication & listening skills
Excellent convincing skills, Rich mkt research exp to network with corp clients
- Readiness to work from home with daily 4 to 5 hrs time
- Patience, commitment
- Readiness to work on Incentives + Revenue share initially & based on performance we propose retainer-ship/fix fees post 1 to 2 months period. The initial period fee also will be paid post achieving targets in 1-2 quarters
