Job Location : Kolkata, Hyderabad & Nellore.
Job Roles & Responsibility :
- Developing and establishing new channels of sourcing for SME group of the bank.
- Leading and driving the team of relationship managers to achieve business targets in terms of fee income, book growth and cross-sell. Engaging with all the stakeholders within the bank like risk, operations, branch network etc so to ensure
- Service delivery to the customers.
- Enhancing the productivity of the team through training and guidance Constant monitoring of the accounts so as to ensure nil delinquency. Structuring funding assistance by involving foreign currency and derivative structures and the weighted average cost of fund analysis so as to reduce the overall cost of finance for corporate and optimize margin spread for the bank.
- Credit supervision and risk assessment of the proposals sourced by the team.
- Must have experience into SME Verticle.
- Must be from Business Banking Domain.
- Maximum Age limit is 40 yrs.
