Regional Head - Sales - Video Collaboration & Unified Communication (6-12 yrs)
An Audio-Video SI company specializing in Unified Communications, Collaboration, Video Conferencing, and cloud solutions & Services is looking for Regional Head sales with 6-12 years of experience.
Location : Mumbai
Roles & Responsibilities :
- Experience in developing funnel and selling Video Conferencing and Unified Communication Solutions independently.
- understanding of major competitive offerings in the market including Polycom, Lifesize, Avaya, Cisco, etc.
- Maintain relationships with key decision makers within prospect organizations for communication solutions.
- Capable of independently handling techno-commercial aspects when handling an opportunity.
- Manage close relationship with OEM account managers in the region of operation.
- Lead of team of sales
- Work with marketing to drive programs and events to extend the relationships to new prospects.
- Demonstrating and leveraging industry knowledge to improve business
- Providing weekly reporting of pipeline and forecast.
- Keeping abreast of competition, competitive issues and products.
- Preparing written presentations, reports, and price quotations.
- Conducting contract negotiations independently
Skills :
- Excellent communication skills (verbal and written English).
- High sense of discipline and capable of working responsibly from home if required.
- Ability to manage a pipeline with multiple accounts and partners.
- Ability to work in a team environment.
- Patience, determination and winning spirit
- Ability to endure the work pressures of a highly competitive environment.
Profile :
- Candidates should preferably be B.E (Electronics & Telecommunication)
- 6-12 in Video Collaboration & UC Sales Solutions (solutions: Voice-Video-Data Solution, Unified Communication, Data Networking, IT Solutions)
