Regional Head - Sales - Textile (20-30 yrs)
Position : Regional Head - European Region
Location : Norway
Experience / Exposure:
- B2B selling, Dealer Management, Key Account Management - Important
- Handled Value added industrial product.
- Exposure in direct management of large size customers.
- Should have work experience of about 10 years in European markets.
- Should have exposure to team management.
- Worked in international business with good exposure to European markets with key-account management role
- Managed day-to-day activities of sales in order to implement the organisation's overall sales strategy.
- Monitor the performance of the sales and re-allocate resources to improve overall results.
- Contribute to the development of sales, marketing, customer retention, advertising, pricing, and
distribution strategies. Oversee sales support activities such as sales administration, customer service, distribution, invoicing, and credit and collections to ensure that customer orders are processed, dispatched, invoiced, and paid accurately and on time.
- Experience in Value Based Selling
Key Role:
1. To head International business in Europe for Aqua (Salmon & Non-Salmon), Fisheries, Sports, Agri, Ropes, etc.
2. Managing large distributors and key customers in the related product segment
3. Grow the relevant product segment of international biz through development of new customers across international geographies with emphasis on application focused new products to achieve sales/margins targets.
4. Identify relevant and potential geographies to expand business
5. Formulate and execute market focused strategies to establish a strong position of GTFL in the market
6. Budgeting and forecasting
7. Regular interactions with current and prospective customers for generating business leads and getting feedback on existing/new products
8. Enable a team to execute new prospects (New dealers) and market information, initiate the business acquiring process aimed at maximization of profit and growth.
9. Ensure Seamless flow of Operations process
10. Identify Internal & External risks and ensure measures for mitigation.
11. Motivate and lead the team of Sales, Operations & Support Functions for assuring better performance and individual growth of the employees.
12. Monitor & Improve the process adherence & quality effectiveness of service provided to the dealers in the area.
