Job Role:
Handling region for Broking department
Reportees - BM, RM, Dealer, etc.
Handling branches
- Ensure Equity, PMS, MF, SIP business from the branches
- Frequently travelling to branches for business improvements
- To maximize branch profits by achieving targeted fee income & effective cost management
- To monitor individual and team performance and take steps to improve productivity and correct deviations if any
- To effectively manage day to day branch Business, administration and operations
- Ensure adherence to the Risk compliance and Statutory compliance policies
- Responsible for team building & ensure skill enhancement and team development of resources
Criterias: Candidates should have branch broking experience with huge team handling (RM, BM, Dealer, etc)
