Regional Head - Sales - Retail Broking (8-12 yrs)
Nature of Business :- Dealing in Equities & Commodities Broking, Retail Assets and Distribution of Financial Product
Key Accountabilities
- Revenue achievement against allotted Revenue Targets
- Monitor day to day productivity of branches
- Maintaining regular relations with clients
- Thorough knowledge of all NSE/BSE rules & regulations and compliance
- Ability to advise the clients from time to time based on the research advices
- Handle a network of 5 - 15 branches.
- Should have good communication skills which are clear, precise, articulate
- Prior experience in servicing Corporate, banks & Institutions for treasury Management services would be an added advantage.
- Should have excellent networking skills in order to generate clients.
- To ensure that team achieves pre-defined business targets in terms of revenue generation, profitability and relationships acquired
- Excellent team management & client servicing skills.
Qualification
MBA / Post Graduation from Recognized University
