Regional Head - Sales - Recruitment (8-13 yrs)
Job Description :
- Lead BD managers in multiple regions
- Leverage network in the HR industry to get clients for the online business
- Be Aggressive with respect to fulfilling revenue targets for the business
- Responsible for obtaining profitable results through the sales team by developing and nurturing the team.
Must Have Skills :
- Should have done B2B sales at a multi-region level (Enterprise Sales not to be considered)
- Should be self Motivated and aggressive to work
- Should be able to manage teams in multiple cities
- Experience in HR Industry highly preferred
- Strong Selling Skills
- Strong in negotiation and commercial skills
- Relationship building to develop key influencers
- Process oriented and drives systems across the teams
- Go-getter and entrepreneurial nature with strong business orientation.
- Technical orientation for understanding the technology and designs.
