Regional Head - Sales - Real Estate (12-15 yrs)
We are recruiting - Regional Head - Sales- with a Startup Real Estate solution provider organization based at Gurugram.
- This organization is a one stop solution provider for Luxury Residential and Elite Category Commercial property needs, Pan India.
- The company's goal is to deliver integrated services that transform corporate Real Estate into a distinct competitive advantage. It's diversified portfolio is a mix of Residential & Commercial Properties solutions for individuals and corporate sectors like IT, BFSI, Pharma, Retail and Industrial premises.
Responsibilities :
- Formulating the competent sales strategies with a view to acquire new clients & expand business to existing ones for a wide range of real estate products and services.
- Designing & implementing the Sales Plans to achieve targeted revenue and profitability.
- Managing the sales team and ensuring the team is trained and up-to-date with respect to competition and current market scenario.
- Developing effective sales strategies for the assigned region in conjunction with Team Leaders & their team of Frontline Sales.
- Maintaining and enhancing the client relationship and generating professional rapport.
- Maximizing customer satisfaction matrices by providing pre & post sale assistance and achieving delivery and quality norms.
