Regional Head - Sales - Investment Solutions (8-18 yrs)
To cross-sell mutual funds, fixed deposit, bonds/NCDs & other financial products- business to existing set of customers, new customer acquisition through corporate and BTL activities in the assigned geography.
1. Handling Direct sales team for Mutual funds, Insurance, FD And bonds within the assigned region.
2. Generating mutual fund, Insurance business through direct sales team of Relationship Managers .
3. Create gateway for corporate investments
4. Increasing overall Mutual Fund AUM
5. To plan & implement training on modules for investment planning & impart product knowledge via onsite workshops and conference training through area team.
6. Market Analysis, Sales Scripts, One-off research briefings as well as crisis communication.
7. Ensure periodic Portfolio review & counselling for high-end and Select Clients is conducted.
