Regional Head - Sales - Investment Products (7-20 yrs)
A Regional Head is responsible for the sale of a business' products or services in a specified region or geographical area. He/She provides ongoing support to distribute and produce to product or service. A regional Head ensures profitable growth in sales with an average margin of 25 lakhs and above, revenue through planning, execution and management of a supportive team.
Key Deliverables :
- Monitor processes and suggest improvements based on contact with customers
- Manage the upkeep of the IP and ensure that up gradations are carried out in line with regional plans.
- Assist the sales team in managing any events that happen
- Track market developments and report to the relevant departments
- Increase Market share, Revenue product wise, segment wise
- Revenue Generation through different products and participation in Organizational Sales Drive.
- Ensure cost optimization and operational efficiency of the branch including allocation of costs across customer segments.
- Resolve all back office issues and ensure smooth operations at the branch.
