Purpose of the Job
1. To handle and manage the direct sales team of PSF
Deliverables (Maximum 5-6 key responsibilities)
Key Responsibilities :
1. Responsible for driving NB business of assigned vertical
2. Ensuring the profitability and improving the profitability by identifying opportunities, increasing the business volumes and keeping the cost under control.
3. Ensuring regulatory compliance in everything we do while promoting business.
4. Target & goal setting for SM's & Support BM's and achieving the agreed business target.
5. Counseling them at regular intervals to indentify deviation and ensure path correction. Mentor them to ensure that they are effective in their assigned roles and are groomed for future responsibilities in due course.
6. Driving Conversion ratios & R&R program for team.
7. To organize effective product launches, sales campaigns and training to ensure that required awareness, knowledge and skill is imparted to all members of sales team.
8. Adhering to regulatory requirements, monitoring quality of business, audit and compliance of sales and backend process.
