Regional Head - Sales - Food & Allied Business - West Region (12-15 yrs)
- Building and nurturing a BD, Sales and Service Organization
- To continue and uphold the positioning of the company's Brand as the Technology Innovator and leader in the sector.
- To develop long term relations with existing customer base
- To develop a new customer base
- To put in place a strong Customer Service Orientation and Processes
- To develop a strong working relationship with hub-specific liasioning agents who should be encouraged to prefer company over other brands.
- Creating and building a sales culture which would drive quality of sales which can be sustained for a longer period of time.
- Creating and building a Customer Service Culture which would drive customer satisfaction levels and ensure upselling as well as repeat orders.
- Build excellent working relationship with cross functional teams like finance/Logistics/Supply chain/ Production planning for smooth backend operations which would fuel sales.
Requirements: Education and Experience
- Engineer from a reputed Institute
- 12+ years of experience in Food and Allied Industries at a senior level.
- To have managed a team of at least10 people
- Experience in working in a Regional role and well versed with key rice bowl area.
- Excellent financial acumen with competency of quoting to the clients.
- Maximum age will be 40 years.
- Willingness to travel extensively.
- IT Literacy including working with ERP.
