Regional Head - Sales - Executive Search Firm (10-20 yrs)

Indigo Partners is a premium boutique search firm which has been conceived and incubated by experienced industry professionals with a background in retained search and high end selection. Indigo aspires to be the missing link and help our customers have the best of both worlds - the rigor of retained search coupled with the agility of a contingent firm.

- Being boutique, our objective is to work with a few accounts, have a good understanding and insight of our customer's business & culture, their DNA and pain points when it comes to talent acquisition at senior levels and help in resolving those.

- We are looking to expand our footprint in West operating from Mumbai and need is to have a seasoned person from recruitment industry with biz development experience or senior consultants with good CXO connects to spearhead this activity.

II. KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

- P& L responsibility for the business / region

- Identify prospective sectors / clients through industry research

- Build and manage key accounts for their senior hiring needs

- Responsibility for fulfilment of mandates taken, including hands on execution

- Client addition, retention and growth by increasing our market share

- Network in appropriate forums and build Indigo as a thought leadership brand

- Resolve conflict and remove potential roadblocks swiftly in a mandate by quick thinking

- Team management

III. KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

Candidates with 10-20 years- experience of having grown / built businesses in Executive Search & Selection / B2B in the regions: should have a good business understanding

- EDUCATION/PROFESSIONAL QUALIFICATIONS

-Graduate

- MBA would be an added advantage

- WORK EXPERIENCE (Specify length and type/areas)

- 10 - 12 years in the field of recruitment

- Prior domain experience in Industry (preferable but not mandatory)

- Strong recruitment exposure for at least two years

- BEHAVIOURAL ATTRIBUTES

- Confident and self- driven motivated individual

- Problem solving and conflict resolution mindset

- Should be very good at relationship building & account management in a B2B context

- Good articulation

- Should enjoy dealing with people
