Regional Head - Sales - DSA Channel - BFS (5-7 yrs)
Job Description :
- We are looking for a Regional DSA Head to own and drive our DSA channel. As the Regional Head of the DSA Channel, you will be responsible for the following :
Responsibilities :
- End-to-End ownership of the Sales and Growth of the Regional DSA Channel (5 cities)
- Onboard and engage with DSAs and call centers of the whole region
- Owning and delivering targets for various products in the region
- Identifying new initiatives to grow the channel and its implementation on the ground
- He or she will have to coordinate with multiple stakeholders to solve real-time escalations on ground
- Training and mentoring internal team member as well as external partners on a regular basis and give them pointed feedback
Skills & Attitudes :
- Target oriented lead who can manage relationship and drive business
- Data-driven approach to sales/RM
- High level of ownership and ability to work independently
- Ability to identify problem statement and fix it
Requirements :
- 5-7 years of experience in sales/Relationship management
- Designation : Regional DSA Head
- Has lead large teams or partnered/managed 50+ accounts , execution excellence in high volume delivery business
- Companies : Telecom/Fintech/Ecommerce handling volume delivery/ doing relationship management
- Experience working with DSA's/call center is preferred
- Local Language proficiency and geography knowledge is required
