Regional Head - Sales - Bike Dealership (3-10 yrs)
Primary Responsibilities:
- Responsible for driving the P&L and business lines by building and leading teams in specified zones.
- Responsible for business from OEMs (like Hero, Honda, Yamaha etc) and also from channel partners like dealers.
- Create the annual operating plan and sales action plan for the region.
- Build, train, manage and lead a team to drive P&L across all product solutions.
- Develop and maintain the company partnership network with key stakeholders in the city especially dealer principals and key financial institutions.
- Take decisions on regional pricing decisions for customized solutions.
- Assess customer needs and sell customized solutions across multiple products.
- Generate customer insight to feed into and shape product development plans.
- Drive launch of new products within your region.
Additional Responsibilities:
- Prepare action plans and schedules to identify specific targets and to project the number of contacts to be made.
- Follow up on new leads and referrals resulting from field activity Identify sales prospects (Dealers - Bikes) and contact these and other accounts as assigned.
- Develop and maintain sales materials and current product knowledge.
- Establish and maintain current client and potential client relationships.
- Follow-up for collection of payment.
- Coordinate delivery of services with the office staff.
- Assists in the implementation of company marketing plans as needed.
- Handle customer complaints.
- Identify and resolve client (Dealers - Bikes) concerns.
- Prepare a variety of status reports, including activity, closings, follow-up, and adherence to goals, completely field sales( B2B) Communicate new product and service opportunities, special developments, information, or feedback gathered through field activity to appropriate company staff.

- Demonstrated excellent analytical ability.
- Excellent interpersonal skills.
- Ability to influence others without formal authority.
- Prior B2B sales experience is a plus.
- Ability to work in a fast paced and demanding environment of a high growth startup.
