Experience : 10+ years in Banking/Financial Sector
Salary : 9 LPA
Qualification : Prefer Master Degree in Management
1. Strategic Leadership
- Develop and implement strategies to achieve revenue growth and operational excellence in the assigned region.
- Drive branch expansion initiatives and ensure the establishment of new branches in alignment with organizational goals.
- Promote innovative marketing initiatives to enhance product visibility and sales performance.
2. Sales and Business Development
- Oversee the achievement of sales targets across the region, focusing on both individual and team performance.
- Foster strong relationships with key customers, to promote product offerings and expand the customer base.
- Monitor and ensure the successful implementation of regional customer acquisition and engagement strategies.
3. Customer Focus
- Actively engage with customers to understand their needs and deliver tailored financial solutions.
- Promote a customer-first culture across branches by ensuring consistent and high-quality service delivery.
- Collect and analyze customer feedback to improve product offerings and service standards.
- Ensure effective communication of value propositions to build trust and long-term relationships with clients.
- Address and resolve customer issues promptly to maintain satisfaction and loyalty.
4. Operational Excellence
- Ensure effective implementation of business processes and adherence to organizational guidelines across all branches.
- Monitor key performance metrics, including sales reporting and operational compliance, to maintain high standards of performance.
- Drive efficient use of tools like UMS and trackers to ensure seamless reporting and data accuracy.
5. People Management and Development
- Mentor and coach regional team members to enhance their performance, skills, and career development.
- Identify and nurture employees through structured training programs and leadership initiatives.
- Foster a culture of continuous learning by encouraging participation in development programs and certifications.
6. Compliance and Risk Management
- Ensure all activities within the region comply with regulatory standards and organizational policies.
- Proactively identify and mitigate risks associated with operations and customer engagements.
- Stay updated on industry trends and regulatory changes to adapt regional strategies accordingly.
