Regional Head - Sales - Affordable Housing (12-20 yrs)
- Handling a Team of Cluster Heads, Sales Managers, Sales Executives, Quality Managers and Quality Executives for Home Loans, Mortgage Loans and other related products.
- Achieve business target set by the company on a continuous basis
- Driving Project Approvals, Appointment of connectors and DSAs with Builders / Corporates / Firms / Individuals for home loan business. .
- Conducting periodical Team Meetings with Cluster Heads, Sales Managers and Sales Executives.
- Ensuring follow up of activity planners like builder activities, society connect etc with Cluster Heads / Sales Managers / Sales Executives.
- Assisting the team members to resolve the customers- query and complaint.
- Coordinating with credit processing centres for speedy approvals and disbursements of Home Loans and LAP.
- Negotiate with customers on ROI & PF for high value loan proposals.
- Generate direct leads through marketing activities like distribution of pamphlets, sponsoring events etc.
- Arranging training programs periodically for the team to stay current in policies, process, procedures, Products, Pricing, etc.
Qualification : Min Graduate
Important :
- Must have managed Affordable Housing Segment
- Must have managed large teams
- Must be fluent in Kannada, English and Hindi
- Must have worked in Bangalore and Karnatak market extensively.
- Must be strong in numbers and analytics
