Regional Head - Retail Sales - Financial Services (15-22 yrs)

Key Responsibilities :

- Oversee regional sales teams to achieve sales targets, ensuring high performance in line with set KPIs and targets.

- Build and maintain relationships with key clients and stakeholders in the region, ensuring excellent customer service and satisfaction.

- Foster strong relationships with sales team members in the region, promoting a collaborative and motivated work environment.

- Develop and implement effective sales strategies and plans to meet and exceed revenue goals.

- Conduct monthly meetings to review team performance, providing feedback and guidance to drive improvement.

- Represent the company at regional events, enhancing brand visibility and building professional networks.

- Delegate tasks effectively and set clear deadlines to ensure timely completion and high quality outcomes.

- Monitor and analyse regional market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities and risks, adjusting strategies as needed.

- Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for the sales team to enhance their skills and knowledge, ensuring they are equipped to meet sales objectives.

Qualification :

- Education - Graduation/Post-Graduation

- Certification - NISM/IRDA (Mandatory)

Required Skills and Experience :

- Minimum 15 years of experience and come from an Equity Broking background

- Have a strong track record of success with prior experience in a regional sales role

- Recruit, Train, and Coach the Sales Team

- Highly goal-oriented and possess excellent communication & interpersonal skills

- Strong experience in consultative sales and possess the ability to prospect and manage senior-level relationships
