Regional Head - Project Sales - Solar Product (5-10 yrs)
The selected candidate will lead the Regional Business Development Team for Project Sales at the company. Roles and responsibilities would include:
1) Generate leads in the assigned regions and develop Channel Partners
2) Communicate with top C&I clients
3) Guide the customer through the entire buying cycle of the solar project
4) Organizing Marketing campaign
5) Tracking performance and management of the Regional Sales Team
Ideal Candidate :
The ideal candidate for thisrole would be someone who meets the following criteria:
1) At least 4 years of experience in the solarindustry - Project Sales
2) Past sales experience to C&I segment. 3) Has closed substantial number of large rooftop solar plants. (Ideally both CAPEX & OPEX)
4) Sound technical knowledge regarding the standard processes involved in executing a solar project
5) Good communication skills
6) Proven ability to work well in a team
7) Excellent Leadership skills
8) Interest to change the world and confidence in your ability to do so
