Regional Head - Manufacturing - Coating Business - North (10-15 yrs)
Regional Head (RSM ):
- Deliver the monthly and annual sales plan across all segments/sub-segments
- Team Management - 3 sales and 2 technical service
- Managing outstanding / credit control
- Key Account Management
- Co-ordination with Central business development team for approvals
- Identifying new markets for growth and drawing business plans for the zone
- Experience - Min. 10 years, should have handled large business with experience in both B2B and Channel sales, preferably from the coating industry, should have handled a team
. Should be proficient in Sales, Sales Operations, Dealer Management,channel management,distribution management.
- Base Location : Delhi NCR
Reporting to: Head of Sales (HO, Mumbai)
