Salary - Up to 19 LPA
Job Specification-
Managing and Driving the team of Branch Heads, Sales Manager, Advisers and support team.
Motivate, educate and develop the Life Insurance Sales Drive to deliver their best in an efficient and effective manner.
Plan daily goals both, for the team as well as individuals, and work towards achieving them.
Training and Motivating team to achieve assigned targets Hire and develop teams and manage end-to-end Branch.
Designing and conducting training modules for SM and Agents.

Desired Candidate Profile:
Minimum graduate with similar Industry experience.
Must have stable track record in tied/agency channel.

Salary: INR 12,00,000 - 19,00,000 P.A.
