Job Description :

1. Leading multiple units, providing the best experience for our guest.

2. Conducting audits and evolutions of site and managers.

3. Budgeting and analyzing the unit performance, maximization profitability of units in there respected competitive area.

4. Work closely to increase market share in respective trade area.

5. Supervising daily operations as per the company standards and guidelines.

6. Handling Licensing and public relations.

7. Coordination with Corporate Office.

8. Responsible for maintaining a high quality and highly motivated team to maximize guest satisfaction and admits.

9. Steering business development activities and executing sales promotion schemes to increase the product visibility ; executing promotions as part of brand building and market development effort.

10. Developing an understanding of the local market, including customer expectations.

11. Involved in preparing reports, statistics, forecasts and financial accounts and complying with licensing and health and safety regulations.

Salary: INR 18,00,000 - 20,00,000 P.A. Best in the Industry

Desired Candidate Profile

1. Candidate should have good communication skills.

2. Candidate should be well versed with Telugu language.

3. Candidate will be responsible for handling south region (Hubli, Vijayawada, Pune & Hyderabad), so one must be okay to travel to these places.

4. Candidate must be handling multiple stores currently.
