Head of Growth - North India/ Regional Head North
Overview :
- Accountable for identifying the scope of the market and preparing the strategy for the division that is to be focused upon including general trade, modern trade, corporates and alternate channels.
- Accountable for maintaining relationships with the existing customers, and more importantly grow the market with new business development according to the strategic plan
- Accountable for growing the top line and bottom line
- Responsible for P&L of all offline sales in the North region
- Managing the nitty gritty of the business end to end from pricing, marketing, and replication, and overlooking the teams that are doing that.
- Identifying opportunities for marketing and working with the team to get it executed
- Identifying any gaps in operations that could hamper sales and working with the team and putting it in an auto pilot system so the problem does not come again
Experience : 8-10 years work ex in General Trade, Modern Trade
