We are looking for an Experienced Regional Sales Head for a Reputed Medical Equipment Company headquartered in Delhi NCR . India.

Job Title: Regional Sales Head
Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and Interpersonal skills
- Bachelor's or Master's Degree.
- 5-10 year's experience preferably in Healthcare Support
Job Responsibilities :
- Developing and managing the business for your region
- Providing dynamic leadership for the Sales organization and Sales & Service Team
- Ensuring financial Objectives are met
- Maximizing business opportunities and grow revenue across the product portfolio for Private sector Hospitals, Labs, Chain Lab and Government Institutes in the region.
- Successfully drive the assay maximization strategies across all the customer
- Developing and managing internal and external stakeholder relationships including key opinion leaders, senior managers and key customers in the Healthcare industry in North India as required.
- Managing the CPTK (Channel Partner Tool Kit) process for Channel Partners in the region to renew the Distributor Agreements and cultivate a culture of Compliance and right Business Process
- Ensuring strong understanding of the marketplace, competitive accounts and client trends
- Working closely with the Marketing Team, National Key Account Manager and the customers across the region to help organize marketing events, Marketing Campaigns, CMEs, Conferences etc.
