Regional Head - Enterprise Sales - IT (12-15 yrs)

- AI/ML data services include CV, NLP, Structured Semi-structured data
- BPM Services include Accounts Payable, Medical Coding, Billing and others.

- Dr. Sridhar Mitta - Is the Founder and Managing Director of NextWealth. He was the first employee of Azim Premji at Wipro, was the Chief Technology Officer and created the offshore strategy back then.
- Prof. Anand Talwai - Started with ISRO and later held significant leadership positions at Wipro. Currently he is the Co-Founder and Executive Director at NextWealth as well as teaches Management at IIMB.
- Mythily Ramesh - Is the Co-Founder and CEO of NextWealth with 20 years of experience at Wipro.

Qualification
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, Marketing, or a related field (preferred but not mandatory)
- Highly motivated and target driven.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent negotiation, and interpersonal skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Good understanding of Technology and its application to businesses
Experience
- 12-15 years' experience in Enterprise Sales.
Skills/Competencies Required
- Establish strong relationships with key customers and stakeholders, leveraging these relationships to drive sales growth.
- Role and Responsibilities include Account Management, hunting for new logos and key account management.
- Under Account Management Skills responsibilities include
- Create and execute account plans.
- Achieve account specific targets.
- Upselling & Cross selling
- Under Hunting - New logos - responsibilities include
- Lead to order knowledge/ experience in closing deals.
- Should have a track record of getting/ winning new logos.
- Should have good rolodex of contacts, so that he/she can bring logos immediately.
- Forecasting and achieving targets
