Job Profile:
- Managing a team of Service Relationship Managers.
- Manage Branch Cross-sell targets
- Manager Branch Score Card
- Setting & Monitoring Service Standards
- Client Interaction
- Sales Support

- Managing Branch Audit and Control
- Mentoring
Provide Client Service support in :
- Specific client relationships
- Ensure smooth processing of Accounts and clarity of updates and process flow
- Research and initiate corrections to transaction and/or account errors
- Liaison with group entities
- Book-building and centralized coordination
Desired Profile
- 10-12 years of experience in Banking /Financial services (Customer Service and Operations Background).
- Experience in managing a team
- Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills
- Relationship Management Skills
- Knowledge of Products and Systems
- Strong Organizational Skills
