Regional Head Agency for Life Insurance
Key Responsibilities:
- Achieve the Budget of the Region in terms of revenue as well as cost.
- Develop sales forecast, Budget and manpower plan for the Region.
- Monitor sales volume, revenue and cost against forecast to identify problem areas and adopt procedures or Re route resources to improve the over all performance of the region.
- Supervise the different branches and ensure implementation of tools of procedures that will assist the whole sales process from call to closure thereby optimizing productivity.
- Increase the distribution network of agency channel cost effective manner.
- To ensure early Licenses by our Business Partners to enhance earnings & productivity.
- Post merger, conducting trainings with ADP / SM / BM / DM to drive ADP business.
- Active member in the HO team to prepare payout structure for business Partners.
- Dealing with HO for marketing, payouts & Operational issues.
- Exclusive member of the HR team representing Sales to discuss Employee Benefits for lower grades.
- Ensuring early success of the Managers by helping him to recruit & accelerate in business. Handling HNI clients & HNI agents directly.
- Developing and ensuring customer satisfaction by maintaining excellent service quality.
- Interacting & developing rapport with all external/internal constituents of client at all levels for maximum client retention and achievement of service revenues.
- Maintaining branch budgets
- Strategies new process for agency development.
- Planning new Business development strategy to have increased written premium YOY.
- Executing growth strategies foe invigorating business, ensuring deeper market penetration.
- Developing new channels and avenues to help the team generate business.
