Job Description :
- Business planning, forecasting and analysis for assessment of revenue potential in business opportunities.
- Analyzing & reviewing the market response/ requirements and communicating the same to the sales teams for accomplishment of the business goals.
- Preparing CDF (customer demand forecast) month on month to meet the requirement from the market/production. Focusing on direct distribution and Sub-distribution.
- Managing logistics & production with 95% accuracy.
- Managed Top Franchise- Srinivasa Beverages, Salute Beverages
- Involved in Planning & finalising of Annual Business Plan (ABP) for Franchise Operations
- Planning, leading, organizing and controlling the industrial processes that create a supply of the firm's products for delivery to customers.
- Directly oversee the manufacturing processes and coordinate with other related departments.
- Being Sales and operations manager determine methods and strategies for maximizing the firm's financial, human and material assets with a view to meeting the production schedule and objectiv
- Use critical thinking skills and leadership ability to make and implement good decisions.
- Continual tasks of communicating, coordinating and resolving conflict demand ability to speak persuasively and listen effectively.
- Addition to management and supervision of production, as operations Head also leads efforts to continuously control costs, improve efficiency and increase productivity.
- In addition to these performance improvement efforts, Monitor budgets and review financial statements managing & interacting with the factory Managers regarding the issues like production, SKU wise, Brand wise production in liaison with the Sales forecast.
- Managing the trade unions and contract basis workers as per the company norms.
- Looking after the Hygiene factors of Distributors like Claims, Distributor secondary schemes & incentives.(in rural area where sub distributors are operating the schemes)
- Motivating & driving the distributors to invest appropriate & adequate funds for new launched SKUs.
- Ensuring the Distributors to generate good ROI though ethical way.
- Increase in the Width of distribution (WOD) and Depth of distribution.(DOD).
