Regional Franchisee Manager/State Head - Sales - Broking (4-10 yrs)
Responsible for Sourcing & Acquiring New Franchisee in his Region from Broking Background through his team of territory managers. Managing all the existing franchisee across his region and ensure the Business Development of all the existing franchisee. Appoint & manage his team of Territory Manager, ensure all territory managers and trained with all the products and offering of MOSL.
Key Deliverables :
1. Capability Development of self and team
2. Ensuring the alignment of all operations activities to the commodities business plan
3. Constant improvement of operations processes
4. Supporting team staffing activities (recruitment)
5. People Management - own team
6. Conflict resolution
7. Reporting as per pre-defined timelines
Role Requirements :
- Educational Qualifications : Graduate/Postgraduate/MBA Marketing, NCFM all modules
- Experience : broking business or multi-channel service industries or Client Servicing and relationships with Sub-brokers, IFA's, Direct Clients.
- Domain Knowledge : Knowledge of broking, Capital Markets, Banking
- IT Skills : Knowledge of MS Office, Internet etc.
