Regional Expert Sales Manager - Pharma (10-22 yrs)
RESM is responsible for business development, strategy planning and obtaining profitable results through the medical sales team for the assigned geography
Roles and Responsibilities
- Responsible to deliver Expert Sales numbers for defined territory/zone.
- Managing the sales administration function, operational performance reporting, streamlining processes and systems wherever possible, advise senior management on maximizing business relationships and create an environment where customer service can flourish.
- Accurately forecast annual, quarterly and monthly business results
- Responsible to develop specific plans to ensure prescription growth across products
- Responsible for business development via the expert channel for the assigned geography
- Responsible for monitoring the performance of HBMs by establishing a system of sales reports, cyclic sales meetings, activity trackers etc.
