Regional/City Head - Sales - Insurance (10-15 yrs)
JD would include managing a Team of Relationship Manager
- Sign up new distributors of mutual funds for selling Policies/ keeping track of new segments of growth in the market
- Responsible for identifying Top Financial Consultants of competition, Mutual Fund agents and recruitment of them for ULIP Channel.
- Have in-depth connectivity and knowledge about the market in which based. Should have good relations with partners to sign up quickly
- To build the AUM of ULIPs in a cost efficient manner
- Ensuring compliance to laid down company policies
- Follow up with partners and internal stakeholders for quick issuance of policies
- All Important parameters like persistency and renewals are adhered as per company policies
- Competent professional with proven track record in Sales and can spearhead business from Distributors of Mutual Funds.
- Excellent professional track record having exposure towards Retail Sales.
- Excellent analytical, negotiation & inter-personal skills with demonstrated communication and relationship management abilities.
- Ability to work independently and make decisions within established guidelines.
- Should be expert in meeting / exceeding targets relating to revenue growth, profit margin, sales, distributor retention and distributor acquisition
- Skilled in enhancing market share of the organization by establishing strategic alliances and tie-ups with channel partners
- Should be resourceful and can maintain cordial relationship with distributors, ensuring quality and service norms to achieve customer satisfaction and business retention
- Should be good at analytical & interpersonal skills which demonstrates self-motivation, creativity & initiative to achieve personal & corporate goals.
