Regional Business Manager - Sales - Staffing (4-10 yrs)
Job Description: Regional Sales / Sr. Sales (General Staffing) is a full-time role, working in conjunction with the National Sales Head. Leading Sales, and ensuring that the business exceeds the stipulated target.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
- To represent the organization with a comprehensive understanding of of their offerings
- To establish effective goals, sales targets, and policies that will benefit the organization and increase revenue
- To research consumer needs and identify how our solutions meet client's requirements
- To achieve sales objectives through effective planning, setting sales goals, analysing performance data, and projecting future performance
- To generate leads, and build and nurture client relationships
- To create and execute a strategic sales plan that expands customer base and extends global reach
- To meet with potential clients and grow long-lasting relationships by understanding their needs
- To track, analyze, and communicate key quantitative metrics and business trends as they relate to partner relationships
- To maintain relationships with existing and prospective clients to encourage good business relations and networking for future contract opportunities
- To contribute in the Marketing campaigns for business leads and ensuring closures
- Manage month-end and year-end close processes
