Job Description :
Purpose of Profile : Looking for high energy and self-driven candidate for the role of Regional Business Manager for our operations.The profile will entail leading a team of enthusiastic employees to initiate and scale our operations in the new region. The role will play a key role in our expansion to newer geographies which is core to our business strategy. The incumbent will have strong experience in Mass Distribution and Alternate Channel
Key Responsibilities :
The key responsibilities include the following but is not limited to :
- Overall responsibility for achieving business targets assigned to his area;
- Overall responsibility for the superior repayment performance of a portfolio of customers created under his leadership in the area assigned to him;
- Overall responsibility of business planning, business process management and execution of marketing and communication activity;
- Should assist all support functions in creating superior End-to-end customer experience;
- Overall responsibility of making sure that all the processes defined are being adhered to in the branches allocated to him;
- Overall responsibility of expansion in the allocated geography.
- Overall responsibility of raising and stabilizing the sales channel comprising of Area Manager Sales, Area Manager Service;
- Overall responsibility of building a professional team of Area Manager Sales, Area Manager Service and grooming them to deliver superior performance;
- Overall responsibility for training, engagement and other capacity building efforts targeted towards channel;
- Overall responsibility of performance management of area sales team;
Educational qualifications, Experience
Graduation-Any Graduate
PG-MBA, preferably in Rural Management/ Sales and Marketing
Min Experience - 8-10 years in Sales Roles
Relevant Experience - A minimum 5-7 years of experience in leading and driving high performing sales teams is a must.
Experience with Sales team will be an added advantage
Skills required :
- Ability to manage multiple projects within a dynamic environment with a high level of urgency without compromising productivity;
- Ability to build and maintain excellent working relationships across the technical and corporate teams, in order to facilitate feedback and enhance implementation;
- Ability to constantly solicit feedback from field and technical teams and make necessary changes and adjustments;
- Demonstrated leadership, networking and negotiation skills.
- Ability to travel extensively (up to 60%) and work flexible hours
