Background: Post Graduate or MBA, Graduate, Min 6 years experience in Derma, good command of spoken and written English
Note (mandatory) :
- Pharma industry experience is needed. The segment should be Derma, Nutra, or Pedia.
Job Description :
- This is also a field work, he will be handling Mumbai region and 2 Area managers and 6-7 Marketing Executives will be reporting to him
- Implement company's strategy
- Responsible for the development and performance of all sales activities in assigned market
- Achieve sales target of the team: Volume, product, & group-wise
- Provides timely feedback to line manager regarding performance
- Maintenance of product inventory with the channel partners
- Receivable & Statutory document collection from C&F's and others within stipulated time
- Maintenance of healthy, clean business relationship with channel partners
- Competitor information to be gathered and passed to HO - Adheres to all company policies, procedures and business ethics codes and ensures that they are communicated and implemented within the team
Goals/KRA to be assigned :
- Customer list & Distributor list updates and maintenance - Customer coverage and frequency
- Implementation of Sales and Marketing Campaigns
- Primary & Secondary target achievement : as per above
- Payment from C&F's to Company
