Regional Business Manager - Hospitality - Western/Northern Region (4-6 yrs)

Positions:
1. Business Manager - Western Region based in Mumbai
2. Business Manager - Northern Region based in Delhi
Summary: Working alongside the Director, responsible for managing and growing the business and operations of company Media in West and South India respectively.
Result Areas: Focus on
1) Revenue generation as per business projections
a) Via business development activities (meeting, proposal, pitch), networking and relationship building with decision makers across brands and merchants to achieve business objectives
b) Appreciation of client requirements and customization of solutions where applicable
2) Development of strategic alliances with hotel network and travel ecosystem partners
3) Management of sales, marketing & operations pipeline to initiate & execute multiple business initiatives
4) Coordination with other functions such as Creative Services & Accounts to ensure seamless delivery
5) Management of costs and efficiencies for various functions and departments in the region
6) Other activities deemed as key to the business interests of the company
Skills Required :
1) Articulate communication in English with strong writing skills.
2) Systematic approach to work
3) Ability to deal with issues maturely and with a calm disposition
4) Proclivity to discovering offbeat experiences and immersion with local culture while traveling
5) Proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
- Additionally, Advertising/media or business development background would be a plus.
Work ex : While there is no cap on this, but 4 to 5 years+ experience is preferable
