Regional Business Manager - FMCG/F&B (5-10 yrs)
Job Description
- Developing and implementing sales strategies for increase of market share and profitability on sustainable basis in line with Annual Business Plan (ABP).
- To direct the Sales team and establish sales targets brand wise, pack wise as per ABP, help them in breaking the same geographically, monthly, weekly & daily targets.
- To motivate & direct Sales team to establish coverage, distribution and display objectives to meet sales targets.
- Have a clear focus on new channels like Institutions, Modern Trade, HORECA build Distribution, Visibility and volumes.To plan and implement local sale promotion in consultation with marketing.
- To analyze stock movement/availability. Help business head in developing long term pricing strategy to maximise variable margin through product/ territory/ pack mix decisions.
- Work out a training calendar for all players in the Sales Organisation and implement the same.
- Candidates from beverages industry are not allowed.
- Need to handle overall south region (Kerala, Karnataka, Mysore )
- Experience of 5 yrs as Sales / Business Development in FMCG / F&B mandatory
- Only solid food product selling experience, no beverages
- Relevant experience should be from current company
- Any Hotel-Management (Degree/Diploma) in Hotel Management preferred
- Fluent English skills Ability to [Speak, Read & Write]
- Fluent Kannada skills Ability to [Speak, Read & Write]
- Fluent Hindi skills Ability to [Speak, Read & Write]
