Regional Business Head - Sales - FinTech (7-12 yrs)
What you'll be doing :
- Develop strong relationships with customers, connecting with key business stakeholders to activate and scale existing customers.
- Work closely with cross-functional internal teams including Debt, CS, PE and product teams to improve the entire customer experience.
- Forecast and track key account metrics.
- Handle both strategic high-level management and transactional sales activity including driving collection projects.
- Research and identify new Risk Free business opportunities (100% Secured) i.e. LC/BG/TCI.
What will make you a great candidate :
- Deep understanding of Supply Chain Finance, Bills Discounting, Debt Mangement, Risk Management, Unsecured Business (7-12 Years Experience)
- Strong hold on vendors/Customers requirement who can bring strategic entry point into line of businesses
- Solves problem with long term team level impact with data driven thinking and tech first approach
- Willing to be accountable/take ownership
- Enables formation of diverse teams and acquires and retains best talent for team
- Experience in fast-moving Fintech sales or B2B startups preferred, Platform Sales.
