Job Description :
- This position will involve taking a leadership role within the company Developing business management goals and objectives that tend to growth and prosperity
- Responsible for business planning & analysis to assess revenue potential in business opportunities; Own P&L responsibility of the Business; Responsible to increase profit/sales, business development; supervise institutional sales, retail stores sales & operation, warehouse team.
- Conducting detailed market research and feasibility study to analyze the latest market trends and track the competitors' activities.
- Identify & develop locations for new profitable ventures and areas of improvements for revenue generation;
- Monthly monitoring and review of Budgets & Expenses to ensure that the business is moving in the right direction and the resources and requirements are identified.
- To ensure that all sites are managed and supported in an efficient and timely manner.
- Managing store sales & operations spread in the region.
- Scheduling all planned and routine maintenance activities as per the SOPs with the goal of improving overall performance and ensuring client satisfaction.
- Financial budget preparation for management and client sites and ensuring financial targets are achieved.
- Manage overall projects cash flow, financial statements, activity reports and other performance data to measure productivity and goal achievement.
- Manage overall cost efficiencies within the management of the contracts and implement appropriate actions along-with site managers.
- Manage adequate skills, training and resources to meet technical requirements in accordance with training standards, processes .
- Ensure all statutory compliances including labor laws are to be adhered.
- Review of customer/ recorded documents/ correspondence to protect the company contractual and commercial position.
- Monitoring of work progress to ensure on-schedule completion of the client commitments as per contract terms.
- Manage customer satisfaction levels through appropriate prioritization of issues.
- Ensure accurate and timely completion of work to the satisfaction of the client.
- Responsible for reviewing staff performance periodically.
- Considering the continuous business growth & required individual's involvement, commitment will play an integral role.
