Position: Regional Business Head Housing Finance
Job Locations: Bangalore, Hyderabad, Mumbai and Delhi
Sal: 12L-20L - Negotiable for right Candidate
Mention Current CTC, Expected CTC, Notice Period, Preferred Location
Mandatory criteria:
1. Age group below 35yrs
2. Full-time MBA
3. Current Designation as RSM/ASM last 3yrs for any Affordable Housing Finance Company.
4. 2-4 year's current job with top performance rating.
5. Current job less than 2 years vintage but in previous company 2 promotions in last 5 years (can be considered)
Job description:
Business : Achieve Regional targets by reaching out and tapping the full potential of the targeted customer segment within the specified area.
Sourcing : Achieve revenue targets by driving the Sales Officers / Cluster Managers
Collections : Achieve NIL overdue month on month.
Performance Review : Conduct weekly/monthly/quarterly review of individual / Cluster performance and take corrective actions.
Marketing Initiatives : Develop and implement effective marketing activities to improve revenue by enhancing customer experience/retention.
Team Management : Recruit, train, motivate, mentor and review performance of Sales Officers / Cluster Managers & other support staff.
Experience : 10-15 Yrs.; 8 to 10 years of experience in LAP/Housing Finance Industry
Key Skills:
- Should be able handle Business and collections through the team.
- Should identify locals references to source business and also facilitate collections
