Regional Business Head - Diagnostics Chain (10-25 yrs)

Job Description for Regional Business Manager:
- P&L leader for the region and build capabilities to manage Operations, Sales, Business Development, Administration and all other related functions.
- Play the Company custodian for the geography and hold ultimate responsibility for the overall functioning of the Profit Center
- Build 2 separate Sales teams one for relationship based business and other for corporate/retail BTL activation based sales
- Drive the relationship sales team and deliver budgeted numbers for the specified territory.
- Responsible for hiring, training and retaining sales team members for the assigned territory
- Build performance management systems and productivity measure bench marking
- Tracking productivity and daily monitoring
- Reporting business data and market intelligence on regular basis
- Competitive info and market feedback
- Manage senior relationships and be responsible as single point of contact for all escalations in the defined territory
- Periodic Review of the sales team and upward reporting
- Team building and positive team culture
- Planning and executing sales collateral with the marketing team
