Key Responsibilities :
Strategic Planning & Execution :
- Develop and implement a robust sales strategy to meet and exceed business targets across the territory.

Revenue & Profitability Management :
- Drive revenue growth and maintain healthy profit margins through effective sales planning and execution.
- Monitor key financial metrics to ensure the business is on track to achieve profitability goals.
Channel Relationship Management :
- On-board and manage relationships with key channel partners to expand our reach and drive business growth.
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with regional business partners, focusing on activating direct customer supply channels.
Operational Excellence :
- Lead the execution of operational plans with a focus on optimizing resource utilization, enhancing customer experience, and driving revenue growth.
- Ensure strict adherence to processes and policies across functions to deliver the best customer experience.
Team Building & Development :
- Build, scale, and lead high-performing teams across the region, fostering a culture of excellence and continuous improvement.
- Manage team productivity, growth, and development through effective coaching, mentoring, and performance management.
