Regional Business Development Role - Automation & Marking System (6-11 yrs)

Job Description : 

- Business development for Industrial Automation, Marking solutions & Robotic Applications.

- Must have sales experience in Industrial Automation or system integration/vision systems/Robotic, experience in business development, KAM in auto & FMCG sector.

Major Responsibilities :

1. Responsible for budgeted numbers top line & bottom line

2. Responsible for Business Negotiations with sufficient knowledge of competitors data, customers financial strength, amortization, profit margins, VAVE solutions, getting NDA.

3. Responsible for automation business development

4. Customer acquisition & development

5. Interface with project team for project closer tech & commercial

6. Project feasibility analysis

7. Engagement with strategic accounts for long term business

8. Standard automation modules for application based engineering & concept selling

9. Facilitating new product development initiatives with key focus on QCD (Quality, Control & Delivery).

Computer Literacy : 


- High level of computer literacy, Auto CAD-R14 / 2006 / 2008, Knowledge of UNIGRAPHICS 3 (NX3), experience in SAP environment ( SD & MM user knowledge ).

- Conversant with PLC, HMI, SCADA, basics of AC/DC Drives, sensors, custom software, networking. Communication Protocols, Knowledge of IOT and Industry 4.0 would be added advantage

Experience : 6 to 8 yrs

Experience in Industrial automation, Robotics, SCADA design, interfacing of line elements, System integration in Auto / FMCG Industry.

Reporting : GM Automation/GM-Sales Engineering Business

Desired Candidate Profile : 

- Knowledge of automotive and auto component Factory/ Industrial automation systems and processes & able to suggest solutions.

- Must be stable with current and previous organisation too many changes in organisation is complete reject.

- Should have contributed well towards achieving the organisations goals and vision
