Regional Business Development Manager - Sales - BFSI (2-5 yrs)
Job Description:
As the Regional Business Development Manager, you will be the driving force behind the growth of our Agency Channel in your area. This role involves recruiting, training, and leading a team of motivated Financial Advisors or Insurance Agents while building strong business relationships and identifying new opportunities for expansion.
Core Responsibilities:
- Actively seek out and recruit skilled financial advisors to build a high-performing team, ensuring a strong fit with the company's values and vision.
- Develop and implement customized training programs that enhance the advisors' sales skills and overall performance. Provide continuous mentorship to foster professional growth.
- Build strong, long-term relationships with advisors, offering support and guidance to help them succeed and remain engaged.
- Research market trends and customer needs, uncover new business opportunities, and lead initiatives that promote regional growth.
- Monitor advisor performance, ensuring goals are being met, and report regularly to senior management with updates on achievements, challenges, and recommendations.
Required Qualifications & Experience:
- Must have completed graduation (required).
- At least 2+ years of experience in sales or marketing in any sector.
- 3+ years experience in native or residential.
- Ability to inspire, motivate, and guide a team towards achieving sales goals while creating a positive work environment.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to develop and maintain strong relationships with both clients and team members.
- Strong focus on driving business performance and a strategic mindset to achieve growth targets.
