Roles and Responsibilities:
- Role : Regional Business Development Manager (Mid-Level)
- Typically managing a set number of states
- Identifying and on-boarding alternate accommodation owners/managers which would series of negotiations
- Basis discussions and findings, development of tools/ processes for on-boarding of alternate accommodation owners/managers to set up infrastructure for rapid scaling up of the platform
- Managing end to end registration process.
- Managing team
- Understanding the key barriers/issues faced while signing up alternate accommodation owners/managers on to the portal and developing recommendations on how we can overcome this
- Market research to understanding the local alternate accommodation offerings in detail and consumer preferences in the same
- Generate list of potential leads through online research and execute pre-lead calls prior to sales team visits
- Estimation of market potential in the district in terms of volumes (number of alternate accommodations available) and revenues.
